I finally attended the SNU Deep Tech Startup Lecture I had been looking forward to for a month. While exploring interviews and insights from various founders over winter break, I came across a company called Korea Deep Learning — which made this lecture feel all the more meaningful when the opportunity arrived. Team building strategies, frameworks for deciding technical development direction — these were the kinds of candid, behind-the-scenes conversations that are rarely found online. Hearing about the specific decision-making moments behind the polished success stories gave me a much more grounded understanding of how startups actually operate.
